Why yoga? 

We always resist what we need the most; and maybe time on the mat, building strength and stability is exactly what you need. 

I teach yoga with a sports based background, so you won't be lying down for an hour and it might hurt the next day. But my focus is on you understanding the why, where and how for each pose and using this session to build on your strength and stability and supporting your other activities. 

Class times shown on the following page; private 1:1, small groups and corporate sessions also available.

3 sports in one - what's not to love ! 

Triathlon is one of the biggest growing sports in the UK, and it comes with an incredibly supportive community.


Everyone's perception of Triathlon is of the Ironman long distance races; big, scary and something they couldn't do; but small, manageable triathlons are also available and I'd love to help coach you to your first one, second one, 100th one. 

I also coach separately the swim, bike and run sessions if you fancy trying any out individually.
